Ken is not afraid of hard work or to get his hands dirty. He was raised in a working-class family with 6 siblings. His first job was at 14 as a lumberjack and then a carpenter's assistant. Ken can and has built and rehabbed several of his own properties. Many days Ken is in jeans and work boots in the morning, then suited up for the board room in the afternoon! Ken has won numerous sales awards presented to him by dignitaries as George and Barbara Bush and Rudy Guiliani. Ken's motto is taken from Proverbs 22:29 "See a man diligent in his business? He shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men."
